• Part-time, Full-time, Contract Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in various care settings.

In this role, you will help clients maintain their independence, promote their well-being, and enhance their quality of life through personalized care. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor patients' health status by observing vital signs, patient behavior, and overall condition; report changes promptly Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet dietary needs and preferences Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident's to safely transfer individuals with mobility challenges Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and adhering to infection control protocols Document patient observations, care provided, and any incidents accurately in compliance with healthcare standards Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care settings preferred Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, hospice care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism highly valued Hands-on experience with patient monitoring, vital signs collection, medication administration, and developing or following care plans Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times Experience using patient lifting devices such as Hoyer lifts and performing heavy lifting when necessary Strong background in caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities across long-term care environments Certifications such as CPR and First Aid are required; additional training in group home experience or nursing support is advantageous Join us as a Personal Care Aide to deliver heartfelt support that empowers individuals to live healthier, happier lives.
