Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions. Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions to supervisors. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Transport clients to appointments and assist with mobility as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Personal Care Aide is preferred. Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor towards clients. Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans. Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility as needed. Must pass background checks and drug screenings. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
