The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities, such as transferring, dressing, light cooking/meal prep, and some light household chores (dishes, etc.). Must be ok with cats. Duties Assist with dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support with following care plans and HIPAA guidelines Light meal prep Operate Hoyer lift to safely transfer resident Light cleaning Follow safety protocols including CPR and first aid procedures to respond effectively in emergencies Requirements Prior experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred , but not required Certifications such as CPR and First Aid are highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and operate patient transfer equipment safely Strong communication skills Evening weekday and weekend morning shift needed, flexible hours Reliable transportation Compensation/pay is through Tempus.
