• Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide exceptional support and care to individuals in various settings, including home, assisted living, nursing homes, and community environments.

This vital role involves assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting independence while delivering personalized care with empathy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for those they serve. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Monitor patients' health by taking vital signs and observing changes in condition Support medication administration and help maintain accurate care plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption when necessary Use equipment such as mobility aids to safely transfer residents or clients with limited mobility Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning and sanitation tasks Document patient observations, care provided, and any incidents accurately in compliance with healthcare standards Skills Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and vital signs measurement Familiarity with Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, autism support, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities CPR and First Aid certification to respond effectively in emergencies Ability to work with residents' (personal needs) respectfully and compassionately Experience with medication administration and understanding of care plans Strong communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams and family members Join us to make a meaningful difference in people's lives!
