Personal Care Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and service-focused Personal Care Attendant to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare in Conover, NC. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing non-medical, in-home care to individuals of all ages and abilities. Responsibilities:

Provide non-medical personal care and assistance to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toilet assistance Support mobility and ensure client safety at all times Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry Promote independence and dignity for clients, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team Maintain accurate records and communication with clients, families, and our team

What We Offer:
