Personal Injury Attorney

Our personal injury firm is seeking a great attorney to join our firm. Our office sticks together and are committed to developing employees that are dedicated to our clients, our firm, and each other. We strive for low turnover and a comfortable and supportive place to work. The ideal candidate will be aggressive with the insurance companies and compassionate with our clients. This role will manage all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases including overseeing paralegals, negotiating cases, and client communication. This position is a leader in the office and will support other staff to create a successful and supportive atmosphere. The attorney will work on cases in litigation in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, responding to discovery requests, motions, etc. Position will be in office at our Cedar City location. We offer a competitive compensation package and benefits, including health insurance and a 401k. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of personal injury experience. However, we are open to applicants with various levels of personal injury experience and will adjust the compensation appropriately. Litigation experience is a plus but not required. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active bar membership
