Key Responsibilities:

Manage cases from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Negotiate settlements and assist with trial preparation Communicate with clients, medical providers, and experts Collaborate internally on case strategy

Qualifications:

2+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience Trial experience or strong desire to gain courtroom exposure Ability to manage a high-volume caseload Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state
