Personal Injury Case Manager / Treatment coordinator

Responsibilities/Job Description Local Personal Injury office handling Car, Motorcycle, Pedestrian and Dog Bite & Premises Liability accidents. At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service. Intake and processing of personal injury cases, managing client's medical appointments. Ordering accident reports, medical records, etc. Preparing and mailing letters to/from clients and insurance companies. Gathering and organizing medical records and bills. Communications with clients, claims representatives, attorneys, healthcare workers, and others in the field. Must be able to work independently with and without direct supervision. Must be able to work efficiently and "multi-task." Salary varies depending upon experience and ability to perform related tasks. F/T or P/T being considered.
