Personal Injury Case Worker

Our team values compassion, urgency, communication, and strong case management. We are looking for a motivated and organized Pre-Litigation Case Worker to join our growing team. Position Overview The Pre-Litigation Case Worker will manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or transfer to litigation. This position requires excellent client communication, organization, multitasking, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, compassionate with clients, and experienced in plaintiff personal injury. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury files Maintain regular communication with clients Open insurance claims and communicate with adjusters Request and track medical records and billing Monitor client treatment and follow up on treatment gaps Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in Filevine Organize files for demand preparation Coordinate with medical providers and support staff Track deadlines and follow-ups

QualificationsRequired:

Prior plaintiff personal injury experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional phone etiquette Experience handling insurance adjusters and medical providers

Preferred:
