Candidates must enjoy working with clients in person, on the phone and assisting them in choosing the correct coverages to meet their insurance needs. The ability to stay organized in a busy work environment is a must. Responsibilities Answer questions regarding policies, coverage and premium Develop new business quotes and remarket renewals Report claims and assist/guide clients throughout the process Process endorsements and renewals accurately and efficiently Requirements Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License preferred Agency experience required Strong knowledge of insurance products, Registry forms and procedures EVR Certification a plus Must be fluent in English both verbal and written Must be able to type efficiently Spanish speaking a plus
