We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to support a growing insurance team in Bartow, FL. This role is responsible for servicing existing client accounts, handling policy changes, and delivering a high level of customer support across personal lines products. Key Responsibilities:

Service and manage a book of personal lines accounts (home, auto, renters, etc.) Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person Review coverage and assist clients with policy questions Process certificates, documentation, and policy updates accurately Work closely with producers and carriers to ensure client needs are met Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system

Required Qualifications:

Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with QQ Catalysis and Agency Zoom (Strongly preferred) Prior experience working in an independent agency environment

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $35,000 - $40,000 Stable, full-time position Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the agency (Last CSR was promoted)
