What You'll Be Doing Handling a high volume of inbound personal lines leads (home, auto, umbrella) Quoting, advising, and closing business daily Managing conversations with urgency, confidence, and precision Converting opportunities — not just "working" them Contributing to a team-first, competitive culture What We're Looking For Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license At least 1 year of P&C sales experience Proven ability to close business, not just quote Strong communication and follow-up discipline
