What You Will Master:

Learn our methodology for client assessment, S.M.A.R.T. goal setting, and progressive program design that guarantees results.

Business Acumen:

Master the business of personal training, from effective client communication and retention strategies to professional sales processes that feel authentic and service-oriented.

Nutrition Protocols:

Gain proficiency in our structured nutrition planning and adjustment protocols to provide holistic coaching to your clients.

Operational Excellence:

Become adept at using industry-leading software (Club Ready/Mindbody) for scheduling, client management, and progress tracking.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct New Client Setups, establishing a strong foundation and clear 6-week goals. Design and execute effective, science-based 1-on-1 and team training sessions. Provide an exceptional client experience by embodying our "Over Deliver" principles of Experience, Accountability, and Results. Proactively manage your client roster through regular check-ins, progress assessments, and communication to ensure high levels of engagement and retention. Maintain meticulous client folders and programming logs to our "A+" standard. Embody our core values, including Radical Self-Responsibility and a bias for action.

Who You Are:

You are "Humble, Hungry, and Smart." You have a passion for fitness, a drive for success, and the wisdom to know that following a proven system is the key to achieving it. You are a student of the craft, committed to continuous learning and professional growth. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a structured environment. You possess a nationally recognized Personal Trainer Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA). You hold a current CPR/AED certification.
