Duties:

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals and fitness levels
• Design personalized exercise programs tailored to clients' needs and goals
• Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
• Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
• Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals
• Lead group fitness classes and provide modifications for different fitness levels
• Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices

Requirements:

• Certification in personal training or a related field
• Strong knowledge of physical education, program design, body mechanics, physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ```
