Personal Trainer (Part-Time, Flexible Hours)

About Metric Strength Metric Strength is a strength training studio in Granville, Ohio. We use adaptive resistance machines to run focused, 20-minute sessions grounded in high-intensity training research. The facility is small by design with one or two clients training at a time. No gym floor, no membership desk, no chaos. The Role We're hiring Personal Trainers to coach 20-minute strength sessions. Whether you're looking for a few sessions a week to supplement another job, ramping up toward a fuller schedule, or simply want consistent, low-friction training hours without the typical big-box gym grind, this role is built around your availability. Our machines handle resistance programming and real-time load adjustment automatically. Your job is to coach form, tempo, and breathing, manage session flow, and deliver an exceptional client experience. Compensation $22.00/hour base + $8.00 per additional client trained within the hour. No commission. No sales targets. You earn more by training more clients.
