Job Description

Lead Barista / Cafe Supervisor 415 S Main St, Granville, OH 43023 $12
  • $16 an hour

  • Part-time We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team.
You are expected to start by August 1st. This is a full time position, weekly hour requirement is 30-40 hours. If the lead barista has management experience and qualifications the start rate will be $14 + tips.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate processing Assist baristas in preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages Serve pastries, sandwiches, and other food items Keep the café area clean and organized, including clearing tables and washing dishes Restock supplies as needed Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns Follow all health and safety guidelines
