This paid position offers opportunities to develop your skills in sales Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and environmental conditions. Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies Drive company vehicles to various job sites, ensuring timely service delivery while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, client interactions, and follow-up schedules. Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and land management equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating farm machinery is a plus. Strong communication skills to explain services clearly and build customer trust. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Willingness to learn new techniques related to pest management. A proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and environmental responsibility.
