Pest Control Technician

You will need 2 years experience or more . Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and agricultural sites to identify pest activity and potential vulnerabilities Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to eliminate pests effectively Develop customized pest management plans tailored to each property's needs, incorporating environmentally friendly solutions when possible Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, pests identified, and follow-up actions required for ongoing pest prevention Use landscaping and farming knowledge to advise clients on habitat modifications that reduce pest attraction and promote healthy plant growth Operate vehicles safely while driving between job sites to ensure timely service delivery Assist with lawn care and general land maintenance tasks to support overall property health and aesthetic appeal Experience Prior experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping or agriculture is highly desirable Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment relevant to land management tasks Strong understanding of pest behavior, treatment methods, and environmental safety standards Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to facilitate travel between job sites Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment plans and safety procedures to clients Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for active fieldwork Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference!
