Pest Control Technician

OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

Interact regularly with customers to address concerns and explain service procedures Perform outdoor work, including lifting objects up to 50 lbs. and applying treatments to soil and home structures Maintain accurate documentation of services using mobile devices Demonstrate flexibility to work Monday-Saturday during summer months

QUALIFICAITONS

Minimum age of 21 for insurance purposes with driving company vehicles High School Diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills and attention to detail Basic mathematical proficiency Ability to follow safety protocols and instructions Clean driving record Pass background check and drug screening

TRAINING AND SUPPORT

TRANSPORTATION

Technicians will be provided with a company vehicle to perform job duties with take-home privileges to get to and from daily work. All necessary vehicle maintenance and expenses, including gas and tolls, will be covered by Bug Shark.

PERFORMANCE REIVEW PERIOD

Seasonal reviews are conducted at the close of the summer to ensure continuous improvement and provide feedback for professional development.
