In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and eliminating pest infestations across residential, commercial, and agricultural settings. Your expertise will help ensure safe, pest-free environments while providing excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and potential entry points Apply pest control treatments using appropriate chemicals and methods, ensuring safety protocols are followed Utilize hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment to perform pest eradication tasks effectively Maintain detailed records of treatments administered, pests identified, and property conditions for each client Assist with lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agricultural tasks as needed to support overall property health Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing maintenance plans to prevent future infestations Qualifications Prior experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping or agriculture is highly desirable Knowledge of pest identification techniques and treatment methods Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other relevant equipment safely and efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with driving company vehicles preferred Familiarity with the use of pesticides or chemical treatments is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Join us in delivering top-quality pest management solutions that create healthier environments!
