We are looking for Dog Groomers / Pet Stylists who are passionate about quality work, compassionate handling, and creating a joyful experience for pets and their families. What You Bring Professional Dog grooming experience Confident, safe, gentle handling of pets of all sizes Strong communication skills with pet parents Punctuality, Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable A positive, team-focused attitude What You'll Do Groom dogs from start to finish using professional techniques Complete breed-specific and custom styles Bathe, brush, blow-dry, de-shed, trim, clip nails, and clean ears Assess skin/coat conditions and communicate care needs Maintain a clean, sanitized, professional grooming station Ensure a loving, low-stress experience for every pet Compensation & Benefits 50% commission of final ticket price + 100% of your tips (W2 employee) Personalized grooming station Consistent bookings and strong repeat clientele Retail discounts on all products Support for AKC Grooming Certification & continuing ed Health, Dental & Vision insurance after 90 days (full-time) PTO eligibility after 1 year Referral bonus program Friendly, supportive, pet-loving environment Real opportunities for growth Equal Opportunity Employer Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
