Pet Groomer

Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of pets while delivering high-quality grooming services that leave our furry clients looking their best. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with both pets and their owners. Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling of various breeds of dogs and cats. Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during grooming sessions using appropriate animal restraint techniques. Conduct thorough examinations of pets to identify any skin conditions, parasites, or other health issues that may require veterinary attention. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area, including proper sanitation of tools and equipment. Build strong relationships with pet owners through effective communication and customer service. Provide advice on pet care, grooming maintenance, and training tips to pet owners. Stay updated on grooming trends, techniques, and products to enhance service offerings. Qualifications Previous experience in pet grooming or related fields such as veterinary assistance or animal care is preferred. Strong knowledge of animal behavior, handling techniques, and restraint methods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners. Experience in dog training or handling is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being. Pay:

$19.52 - $45.00 per hour

Compensation Package:

50% commission Commission pay
