Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A healthcare facility in Berlin, NH, is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist on a contract basis to support their diverse hospital units, including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department. The role requires a dedicated professional with hospital pharmacy experience and the ability to work independently, particularly during weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense and manage medications for inpatient care. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure safe and effective pharmacotherapy. Operate within Meditech electronic health record and Omnicell systems. Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical support across multiple units. Independently handle weekend pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' hospital pharmacy experience. Proficient with Meditech, with familiarity in Omnicell preferred. Strong ability to work autonomously and manage weekend shifts. Knowledge of inpatient pharmacy protocols and safety standards.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00/7:30 AM - 4:30/5:00 PM. Rotating weekends every third week.

Weekend shifts:

Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. This position offers an opportunity to serve critical hospital units in a collaborative healthcare environment. Immediate availability is preferred.
