How you'll make an impact in this role Review and optimize medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve potential drug-related issues. Recommend formulary alternatives and provide expert drug information to medical staff and patients. Oversee the accurate compounding and delivery of medications while leading technical support staff. Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and provide clear, effective counseling to patients. Work directly with physicians to facilitate seamless care and provide flexible coverage across the department. What Minimum Requirements You'll Need Licensure / Certification /

Registration:

Pharmacist credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required. What Additional Preferences We're Seeking Hospital experience preferred. PGY1 highly preferred.
