Schedule / Hours

Monday - Friday, 7:00/7:30 a.m. to 4:30/5:00 p.m. Rotating weekends every 3rd weekend: Saturday/Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Responsibilities Independently review, prepare, and dispense medications for inpatients in a timely and accurate manner Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy and ensure safe medication use Provide clinical support across ICU, L&D, Medical/Surgical, and ED units Manage medication distribution using Meditech and Omnicell systems Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Qualifications / Desired Experience Licensed Pharmacist with 2+ years of hospital pharmacy experience Ability to work independently, particularly during weekend shifts Experience with Meditech pharmacy information system preferred Familiarity with Omnicell automated dispensing systems is a plus Strong clinical judgment and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team Location Berlin, NH This contract role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality inpatient care within a supportive hospital environment.
