Job Description

Category Pharmacy•Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire Soliant has an opening for a Compounding Pharmacist on a 13-week temp-to-perm assignment in a specialized pharmacy setting. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists passionate about compounding to step into a collaborative, patient-focused environment. New graduates with strong interest in compounding are encouraged to apply. In this role, you will work closely with healthcare providers to deliver customized medication solutions while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and dispense compounded medications, including sterile and non-sterile products Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient care Ensure compliance with USP 795, 797, and 800 standards Maintain accurate patient records and oversee inventory management Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical guidance Assist in training and supervising pharmacy technicians
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina Pharmacist License 1-2 years of pharmacy experience (open to new grads with compounding interest) Knowledge of compounding standards (USP 795, 797, 800) Familiarity with retail pharmacy workflow and prescription processing
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced compounding environment
Work Hours:
Monday•Friday between 9:00 AM•7:00 PM Every third
Saturday:
