1 RN- Unit Manager River Landing, a continuing care retirement community located in Colfax, N.C, is seeking a RN-Unit Manager. We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and dedicated Unit Manager to join a growing and rewarding team at River Landing. As our Unit manager you will assist the household, including the nursing team with admissions, extensive treatments, and clinical issues. The Unit Manager will manage staff and resident or family member issues as they arise. This position will include oversight, quality assurance, coaching and mentoring, teambuilding, and customer service for residents and staff in a person-centered environment. The position is full time and hours will be M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with flexibility required. Some on call hours, weekends and holidays are also required.

Job Requirement:

3-5+ years of nursing experience 2+ years of management or supervisory experience Ability to effectively communicate and interact with staff Superior customer service skills Licensed as an RN in the State of North Carolina What's for You?
