Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A hospital-based inpatient pharmacist opportunity is available in Berlin, NH, supporting critical care units including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department. This contract role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, with rotating weekend shifts approximately every third weekend. Weekend shifts are shorter, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Monday to Friday, 7:00/7:30 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM Rotating weekends every third weekend, 8:00 AM to 1:00

PM Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive pharmacy care across inpatient units including ICU, L&D, M/S, and ED Use Meditech for medication management and documentation Utilize Omnicell systems for medication dispensing and control Work independently during weekend shifts, ensuring seamless pharmacy operations Collaborate closely with healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective medication use

Desired Qualifications:
