Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active Illinois Pharmacist license. Strong hospital pharmacy background. Pediatric experience, with confidence in pediatric dosing and medication management. Ability to adapt to a dynamic, high-acuity children's hospital setting. Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records and Omnicell medication systems is preferred.
