Rate:
$2,660/40-hours Key responsibilities: Provide inpatient pharmacy services for assigned units. Independently compound oncology IV preparations (pharmacist performs all IV compounding). Manage Anticoagulation Clinic workload (approximately 4-6 patients/day). Verify medication orders, perform clinical medication reviews, and support medication safety and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to optimize pharmacotherapy and patient outcomes.
Required qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacist experience. Competent in oncology IV compounding. Experience managing anticoagulation patients in a clinic setting. Active Michigan pharmacist license (required).
Additional notes:
Travel/contract candidate must be available to start on the listed date and meet facility credentialing and onboarding requirements.
