Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator

Responsibilities The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the site-specific coordination of clinical and quality improvement activities. The Clinical Coordinator will participate as a member of a clinical team, composed of Clinical Coordinators from each Legacy hospital, and the Manager for Clinical/Quality Improvement. The team will design, implement and evaluate all activities related to the drug formulary, drug therapy monitoring, and professional development on a Legacy-wide basis.

Qualifications Education:

As required by licensure. Residency training preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of two years of experience in hospital practice required (five years preferred). Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions. . Licensure Current Registered Pharmacist License (RPh) for applicable state required. ACLS and/or PALS required within three months of hire. Pay Range USD $87.34 - USD $101.31 /Hr.
