Council Bluffs, IA Schedule:

Monday through Friday 6 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Manage medication distribution, including repackaging and loading automated dispensing systems. Utilize Omnicell technology to optimize inventory control and medication management. Run restock reports accurately to ensure timely replenishment of pharmaceuticals. Lead and support pharmacy staff within the inpatient behavioral health environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Iowa Pharmacy License. Experience with Omnicell systems is highly preferred. Familiarity with repackaging using Milt, Medi-dose, or HCL methods. Basic knowledge of automated drug loading procedures and restock report processes. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage staff and coordinate with healthcare teams.
