A facility east of Klamath Falls is seeking a Pharmacy Director to join their team!

Salary:

$121,000-$205,000/yr

Schedule:

Day Shift; Monday-Friday Pharmacy Director leads overall pharmacy operations while collaborating with hospital leadership, clinical staff, and external partners to ensure safe, compliant, and effective medication services. Provides clinical pharmacy care, including direct patient management, therapy optimization, and oversight of the medication-use process across diverse patient populations. Drives quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and staff education to enhance medication safety and integrate pharmacy services across the organization.

Pharmacy Director Qualifications:

Graduate from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program Pharmacy Director must have a license to practice as a pharmacist in the state of Oregon 2 or more years of pharmacy experience Previous leadership or supervision experience preferred Experience in a hospital setting preferred About the
