This individual will oversee pharmacy operations, staff management, provider relationships, and patient care initiatives while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. The Pharmacy Manager will serve as a key member of the patient care team by collaborating with healthcare providers, supporting clinical staff, and educating patients on medication therapies and chronic condition management. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who is passionate about operational excellence, patient outcomes, and team leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Clinical Support Provide medication counseling and education to patients Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to support patient care initiatives Participate in clinical meetings and serve as a trusted medication resource Support patients with chronic and specialty medication management Leadership & Staff Management Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians Motivate, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff Identify training opportunities and address knowledge gaps Foster a positive, patient-centered team culture Pharmacy Operations Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including: Patient safety Regulatory compliance Quality assurance Customer service Workflow management Inventory management Financial performance Loss prevention Personnel management Compliance & Regulatory Oversight Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse requirements Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations Ensure staff compliance with facility and pharmacy policies and procedures Qualifications Required Education & Licensure Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited university Active pharmacist license in the state of practice All required certifications and credentials in accordance with federal and state regulations Preferred Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years of pharmacist experience Minimum 3 years of pharmacy management experience Retail pharmacy management experience preferred 340B experience is a plus, but not required Immunization certification preferred Experience administering vaccinations Strong communication and patient service skills Experience implementing pharmacy growth strategies Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Repetitive hand motions including keyboard and phone use Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing

Pay:

$140,000.00

• $160,000.
