Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strong collaboration with the store operations team to promote associate engagement and communicate department and company strategy. Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance by completing Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance for all prescriptions. Drive business growth by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Manage inventory by tracking sales and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and maximize profitability. Align department performance with key measurable metrics targeting efficiency and effectiveness. Deliver excellent customer service, resolving medical-related inquiries and fostering trusted relationships. Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, including training, coaching, and disciplining as needed. Safeguard pharmacy security and handle customer concerns to build loyalty. Collaborate with healthcare providers and utilize resources to resolve prescription issues. Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and organization, while ensuring continuous team development to improve performance and control labor costs. Oversee essential tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and will-call follow-ups.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree. Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License. Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.

Schedule:

Bi-weekly hours: 62 Variable shifts including 10-hour (9am-7pm), 11-hour (9am-8pm), and 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm or 9am-9pm).
