This direct hire, full-time position offers an engaging role where leadership and clinical expertise drive business success and quality patient care.

Retail Pharmacy Schedule:
62 hours bi-weekly 10-hour shifts (9am
  • 7pm) 11-hour shifts (9am
  • 8pm) 12-hour shifts (8am
  • 8pm or 9am
  • 9pm) Variable day and afternoon shifts
Start Date:
ASAP Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with store operations and pharmacy associates, aligning pharmacy goals with company strategy. Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Quality Assurance processes. Drive department profitability and growth by implementing clinical programs including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Manage inventory and sales tracking in collaboration with pharmacy leadership to meet customer demand while controlling costs. Oversee pharmacy team performance by setting and aligning objectives with key departmental metrics focused on effectiveness and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service and healthcare counseling, addressing medical inquiries and resolving issues to build loyalty. Supervise, train, coach, and manage all pharmacy personnel ensuring continuous development and adherence to policies. Maintain pharmacy security and ensure a clean, organized department environment. Coordinate with healthcare providers and use reference materials to resolve prescription-related matters timely and effectively.
Qualifications:
