Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A retail pharmacy location in Mifflinburg, PA is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This role involves leading pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and driving business growth through clinical programs and excellent customer service.

Direct Hire Schedule/Hours:
62 hours bi-weekly Shifts vary between 10 to 12 hours: typically 9am-7pm (10-hour), 9am-8pm (11-hour), or 8am-8pm / 9am-9pm (12-hour) Variable day/afternoon shifts
Responsibilities:
Maintain a collaborative relationship with the store operations team, fostering associate engagement and communicating departmental strategies Ensure accuracy and compliance of prescriptions, conducting Drug Utilization Reviews and quality assurance activities per state and federal regulations Manage the department's profitability by promoting clinical programs, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Collaborate with district management to monitor inventory and sales trends to meet customer demand and maximize profits Oversee pharmacy staff including direction, training, coaching, and discipline Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build long-term trust and loyalty Maintain pharmacy security and ensure the department is clean and organized Prioritize and complete pharmacy tasks such as inventory management, cycle counts, and will-call processing Regularly review ongoing training and development to improve performance and control labor costs
Qualifications:
