06/08/2026 Day Shift | 4x10 Schedule (07:00 AM•5:00 PM) Block Scheduling Available | 1 Opening Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Pharmacist (RPh) for a 13-week travel contract in Hood River, Oregon. This role focuses on outpatient pharmacy operations, clinical dosing, and medication safety in a structured healthcare environment. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in clinical pharmacy, IV preparation, and therapeutic drug monitoring . Key Responsibilities Verify and dispense outpatient prescriptions accurately Perform clinical dosing and pharmacokinetic adjustments Conduct therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) Prepare and verify IV medications including: IV piggyback (IVPB) IV push medications Support sterile compounding and medication preparation Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and safety standards Collaborate with providers and clinical teams Maintain accurate documentation in pharmacy systems Provide medication therapy support and clinical consultation Required Qualifications Active Pharmacist License (RPh) Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience required Outpatient or acute care pharmacy experience preferred Strong knowledge of clinical dosing and medication safety Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting Required Certifications Registered Pharmacist (RPh) License BLS Certification preferred Preferred Skills Pharmacokinetic dosing Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) IV compounding and sterile preparation IV push and IV piggyback experience Strong attention to detail and patient safety focus
