• Monday - Friday
• 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• No weekends!
• What You'll Do
• Handle high-volume inbound calls from members, providers, and healthcare partners
• Guide callers through the prior authorization process with professionalism and accuracy
• Document approvals and denials clearly, accurately, and in real-time
• Escalate clinical questions and decision-making items to the pharmacist
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
• What We're Looking For
• At least 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience (administrative support preferred)
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification required
• Eligibility for state registration/licensure
• High-volume call center experience (healthcare preferred!)
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry systems)
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Education Requirement
