Location:

Redlands, CA ⏰ Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• No weekends! 🚀 What You'll Do
• Handle high-volume inbound calls from members, providers, and healthcare partners
• Guide callers through the prior authorization process with professionalism and accuracy
• Document approvals and denials clearly, accurately, and in real-time
• Escalate clinical questions and decision-making items to the pharmacist
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call ✅ What We're Looking For
• ✔️ At least 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience (administrative support preferred)
• ✔️ National Pharmacy Technician Certification required
• ✔️ Eligibility for state registration/licensure
• ✔️ High-volume call center experience (healthcare preferred!)
• ✔️ Strong written & verbalmunication skills
• ✔️ Advancedputer skills (Word, Excel, data entry systems)
• ✔️ Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy 🎓 Education Requirement

Pay Details:
