  • + The 76th Street Pharmacy provides specialized support for patients who rely on complex, high‑cost medications requiring close monitoring, education, and coordinated care. As part of Penn's specialty pharmacy services, this location focuses on delivering exceptional support for patients with chronic or complex conditions.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Assist pharmacists with preparing, packaging, and dispensing specialty medications.
+ Support patients by helping them navigate insurance requirements, refill scheduling, and authorization needs. + Deliver customer‑focused service by answering questions, addressing pickup needs, and providing clear communication. + Coordinate with providers and internal pharmacy teams to ensure seamless medication access. + Maintain inventory, uphold safety standards, and contribute to efficient pharmacy operations. + Participate in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment focused on improving outcomes for individuals managing complex therapies.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • + High School Diploma or GED (Required) + Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • CPhT (Required) ( _Please upload your current certification when applying_ .) + Strong communication and customer service skills. + Ability to work in a fast‑paced, service‑driven pharmacy environment. + Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + At least one year of pharmacy tech experience in a specialty, outpatient, or retail pharmacy setting.
