Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team. In this vital role, you will support pharmacists by preparing and dispensing medications, managing patient medication profiles, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Your expertise will contribute to safe medication administration, efficient pharmacy operations, and exceptional patient service. Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in preparing, packaging, and labeling medications accurately according to prescriptions. Manage medication inventory, including stock replenishment and proper storage practices. Perform medication intake procedures, verifying prescriptions and patient information for accuracy. Maintain detailed records of medication administration, inventory logs, and patient profiles in compliance with regulatory standards. Follow all safety protocols related to aseptic technique, critical care procedures, and hospital pharmacy practices. Skills Proven experience as a pharmacy technician with a strong understanding of medical terminology and medication management. Licensed preferred, not required. Excellent patient service skills with a focus on patient care and communication. Familiarity with medication administration protocols within hospital or acute care settings. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
