PHC SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Assist in supervision of full-time attendant staff, performing supervisory tasks such as recruiting, hiring, placing staff in client's homes, counseling as needed, and addressing employee issues; Communicating heavily both in writing and by phone with clients, referral sources, doctor's offices, employees, applicants, and the corporate office; Data Entry; Problem Solving; Marketing; Maintaining a positive working relationship with referral sources; Maintaining outstanding customer service; Maintaining all quality assurance aspects of the PHC program including timely completion of paperwork, communications and all other program regulations. Working knowledge of Vesta preferred. Supervisor experience in the health care field preferred; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Positive attitude; Ability to work independently; Compassion for working with the aged and disabled. Must have a verifiable work history with good references. Must pass criminal background check.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
