1.122.xx.xxxx.1241 QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, or related field (required) Experience working with K-12 students in behavior intervention or support roles preferred Demonstrated knowledge of MTSS, specifically Tier 2 interventions Completion of (or willingness to complete): Second Step Training Managing the Cycle of Behavior Escalation Training CHAMPS (2-day training)

data entry and data collection Training Experience facilitating Community Circles Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently across one or more school buildings Experience with data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring systems
INTERVENTION SPECIALISTS
Student Intervention & Instruction Provide small group and individual behavior intervention lessons (5-6 students per group; 7-8 sessions daily) Deliver instruction focused on social skills, behavior regulation, and attendance improvement Support the generalization of learned behaviors into Tier 1 classroom settings Planning & Organization Maintain a daily Google Calendar with clearly linked lesson plans for each session Develop and implement structured, evidence-based intervention lessons Collaboration & Team Support Collaborate with building administration, Family Engagement Liaisons, Refocus Room paraeducators, and Special Services staff (e.g., social workers, OT, speech/language therapists) Partner with reading and math interventionists to support the whole child Communicate regularly with families to reinforce behavioral strategies at home and in the community Data Collection & Compliance Collect, enter, and analyze behavior data, including

systems Provide monthly progress monitoring reports to Tier 2 teams At the elementary level, complete RAP sheets for all students receiving Tier 2 interventions Monitor attendance for intervention groups and develop action plans for students with absences Ensure all documentation meets state and federal grant requirements, including 31a At-Risk compliance Leadership & MTSS Implementation Support the development and implementation of the building Tier 2 Intervention Grid Assist teams in completing the monthly Tier 2 Intervention Tracking Tool Guide staff in interpreting CICO data and support decision-making for fading or exiting students from Tier 2 interventions Professional Responsibilities Attend staff meetings and after-school events at the primary assigned building Maintain strong communication with building leadership; evaluation conducted by building administration
