Philadelphia Union Street Team (Part-Time)

The Philadelphia Union is looking for individuals who are passionate about representing our club and engaging with fans throughout Philadelphia's FIFA Fan Festival. This will be a 39-day continuous festival celebrating community, culture, music, and sport, taking place from June 11 through July 19. The Street Team will support event operations across three locations: Lemon Hill - Fairmount Park (Philadelphia, PA) SteelStacks (Bethlehem, PA) Santander Arena (Reading, PA) This is a unique opportunity to engage with soccer fans from around the world, experience the energy and culture of Philadelphia, and represent the Philadelphia Union during an exciting summer of events. It's also an excellent opportunity for students and aspiring sports professionals to gain hands-on experience in sports and entertainment, earn internship hours, and build valuable industry connections. Who We're Looking For We're looking for outgoing, energetic individuals who are passionate about soccer and excited to connect with fans from around the world. Ideal candidates are comfortable starting conversations with new people, engaging large crowds, and creating memorable fan experiences in a fast-paced environment. This role is heavily focused on fan engagement and lead generation, so we're seeking team members who are: Extroverted and enthusiastic Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people Passionate about soccer and the Philadelphia Union Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Excited to work in a lively event atmosphere Main Duties Represent the Philadelphia Union at FIFA World Cup Fan Festivals Engage with fans of all ages in a fun, energetic environment Promote ticket sign-ups and encourage fan participation Commitment Requirements Work a minimum of 5 event shifts Shifts will range between 4 to 7 hours Attend orientation and training sessions Event Locations Shifts will primarily take place at Lemon Hill Park during the FIFA Fan Festival located at 1 Lemon Hill Drive Philadelphia, PA 19130 Additional select event dates in Reading and the Lehigh Valley Compensation $7.25/hour
