Position Overview As a Motor Coach Bus Driver, you will safely transport wedding parties, event guests, and corporate groups in our modern luxury motor coaches. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where your driving skills, appearance, and demeanor directly reflect our company's reputation for excellence. The position starts as part-time with frequent weekend and evening availability required, with strong potential to transition quickly into full-time based on performance. Compensation $35 per hour (paid per trip + any waiting/standby time) Overtime opportunities on longer charters Tips and performance bonuses Potential full-time conversion with benefits within 3-6 months for top performers Key Responsibilities Safely operate 40-56 passenger luxury motor coaches for weddings, events, and private charters Provide exceptional customer service to brides, grooms, guests, and corporate clients Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude at all times Perform pre
