We provide skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services in a supportive environment focused on resident-centered care and teamwork. Schedule Part-Time Evening Shift 6:00pm - 9:00pm OR 6:00pm - 12:00am CompensationBenefits Competitive hourly paybased on experience Professional liability insurance Flexible schedule On the job training/mentoring as needed Continuing education Qualifications Current Utah RN license in good standing Strong communication and clinical assessment skills Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Knowledge of or willingness to learn state and federal regulations related to skilled nursing care Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians Monitor residents and report changes in condition to physicians and family members Order medications, supplies, and medical equipment as needed Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, suctioning, and other clinical interventions Accurately complete charting and documentation in a timely manner Advocate for residents and ensure care aligns with individualized care plans and resident preferences Observe and monitor residents requiring ongoing clinical attention Collaborate with the care team to provide safe, high-quality patient care About the Role Our nurses care for geriatric residents who require 24-hour skilled nursing support and rehabilitation services. This role is ideal for an RN who values meaningful patient relationships and enjoys working in a team-focused skilled nursing environment.
