About the Role We're hiring a dependable and service-oriented team member to join our growing real estate media company serving the Lake of the Ozarks area, including Lake Ozark, Camdenton, Sunrise Beach, Climax Springs, and surrounding communities. This is a client-facing, field-based role where you'll travel locally to residential properties to capture listing media using our systems and training. No prior real estate photography experience is required. Paid training and company equipment are provided. Compensation Training Period Paid training at $15/hour After Training Compensation is project-based and varies depending on services completed.

Typical projects range from approximately:

$40+ per property for standard photography Additional compensation opportunities for: Larger properties Drone photography Video services What You'll Do Travel to residential properties throughout the Lake of the Ozarks area Capture interior and exterior listing photos using a provided shot list Deliver a professional and friendly experience for clients and homeowners Prepare spaces for photography (light straightening/staging) Upload media files after each shoot (no editing required) Learn additional services such as drone photography and video over time Schedule & Flexibility This position offers a lot of flexibility, (similar to an Uber-style schedule!) You can work: Mornings Afternoons Full days several times per week Our main requirement is availability more than two days per week. The more consistent your schedule, the more opportunities you will have to pick up shoots. Most appointments happen during weekday daytime hours, which we strongly prefer candidates to be available for.
