We're looking for a compassionate, forward thinking Physical Therapist, who excels at assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. Qualifications Strong patient care skills with a solid understanding of physiology and anatomy Proficiency in medical terminology and physical therapy techniques Experience in discharge planning and developing care plans Background in working with diverse populations, including geriatrics and orthopedics Responsibilities Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs. Administer physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy and exercise regimens. Educate patients and their families about treatment options and home care strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, including discharge planning. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
