Our collaborative team of PTs, orthopedic surgeons, and support staff work together to help patients regain function and return to the activities they love. Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This role focuses on evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. The ideal candidate is motivated, compassionate, and experienced in outpatient orthopedics, with strong clinical reasoning and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic injuries, post-operative conditions, and musculoskeletal disorders. Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies, state regulations, and insurance requirements. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with evidence-based practice.
Qualifications Education:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's/Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Licensure:
Must hold an active Washington State PT license .
Experience:
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates considered with strong clinical skills.
Skills:
